okay so I had given up there for a little while.
But I’ve just seen my mum who has inspired me.
Going to start the 5:2 diet (i hate calling it a diet - eating healthy based on a routine) and going to start exercising again! (all I did was netball once a week)
Start weight: 68.8kg
Nothing better than fresh home made sushi though
